What we can and can't help with
We're happy to answer questions about the calculator, fix mistakes in the figures or rates, and take feedback on the guides. What we can't do is advise on your own inheritance tax position. Every estate is different, and IHT involves rules on trusts, reliefs, and gifts that need a professional who knows your full circumstances. For that, speak to a solicitor, chartered accountant, or an adviser regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
